SUB CONTRACTOR SERVICES

As subcontractors we work together with our customers (the general contractors) to complete the work as it is designed, within budget and on schedule.

MASONRY

Masonry is where we started. We work on CMU, brick & thin brick applications, stone veneers (natural & manufactured), and cast stone installation. Prime Construction installs traditional 3 part portland cement plaster and newer 1 or 2 part stucco systems. We are also certified installers for DRYVIT and MasterWall EIFS systems.

METAL STUD FRAMING

Metal stud framing services include installation of light gauge metal framing, door frames, suspended ceilings (acoustical, drywall and other), batt insulation, drywall and exterior sheathing.

MOISTURE & VAPOR BARRIER SYSTEMS

Damp proofing services include installation of weather barriers including flashing and rigid board insulation. A successful moisture barrier system will limit water infiltration into unwanted areas and allow drain-age and drying of wetted building materials.

HARDWARE INSTALLATIONS

Prime self-performs all drywall, insulation, suspended ceilings, hollow metal door frame, door & hardware installations.
