Prime Masonry, LLC dba Prime Construction was founded in 1997 and is an 8(a) certified, fully insured and bonded General Contractor, masonry, metal stud framing, moisture and vapor barrier sub-contractor.
Our capabilities include General Contract Construction and Sub-Contracting services. As a General Contractor we provide planning (architectural/engineering) through our teaming partners, budgeting, estimating, scheduling, submittal process, quality control, construction management, and project closeout. All with a transparent business model that allows for our customers to be informed at every step of the construction process.
Since the founding of Prime Masonry, LLC dba Prime Construction in 1997, the company has constructed, renovated, or been a sub-contractor on numerous projects. Prime Construction has mainly worked as a General Contractor for private owners/investors and some for the City of McAllen. As a sub-contractor, the company has done work at school projects, GSA projects, prisons, medical offices and commercial projects. Prime Masonry, LLC dba Prime Construction is an SBA 8(a) certified small business, Texas Historically Underutilized Business (HUB) Certified, and TxDOT Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Program Certified, Construction Company.
Prime manages strong working relationships with highly qualified sub-contractors to ensure quality, cost control and timeliness in every project. Prime self-performs all masonry work, metal stud framing, drywall, insulation, suspended ceilings, hollow metal door frame, door & hardware installations, moisture and vapor barrier system installations.
